Muslims are bound to experience many more massacres if they continue to distort the Quran to their desires, and they will have to account for their deeds to God.
The Almighty God Decrees:
لاَّ يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُوْنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ أَن تَتَّقُواْ مِنْهُمْ تُقَاةً وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللّهُ نَفْسَهُ وَإِلَى اللّهِ الْمَصِيرُ
“Believers should not take the ignorers as more intimate friends than the believers. Whoever does it can not expect anything from God, except those who do it in order to protect themselves from them. God warns you of Himself. God’s presence is the destination.” (Al-e Imran 3:28)
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ يُخْرِجُونَ الرَّسُولَ وَإِيَّاكُمْ أَن تُؤْمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ خَرَجْتُمْ جِهَادًا فِي سَبِيلِي وَابْتِغَاء مَرْضَاتِي تُسِرُّونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِمَا أَخْفَيْتُمْ وَمَا أَعْلَنتُمْ وَمَن يَفْعَلْهُ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاء السَّبِيلِ . إِن يَثْقَفُوكُمْ يَكُونُوا لَكُمْ أَعْدَاء وَيَبْسُطُوا إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتَهُم بِالسُّوءِ وَوَدُّوا لَوْ تَكْفُرُونَ .لَن تَنفَعَكُمْ أَرْحَامُكُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ.
“Oh you who believe! Do not make intimate friends with the enemies of Me and you. You show love towards them. However, they insist on ignoring the truth that has come to you. They drive both My Messenger and you out from your homeland just because you believe and trust God, Who is your Master. (Do not do this) if you have started forth to strive for My cause and to seek to please Me. (Do) you give them secrets because of your love to them? I know whatever you hide and whatever you declare. Whoever does this has strayed from the level path.
Whenever they get a chance, they turn to be your enemies. They stretch forth their hands and tongues against you to do evil. They would like that you ignore (the Book of God).
Neither your kindred nor your children will avail you on the Day of Rising. God will judge between you. He sees whatever you do.” (Mumtahanah 60:1-3)
لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ .إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ.
“God does not forbid you from showing kindness and behaving equitably to those who do not fight you because of your religion and do not drive you out from your homeland. Indeed, God likes those who are equitable.
God only forbids you from making friends of those who fight you because of your religion or drive you out from your homeland or aid in driving you out. The ones that make friends of them are the wrongdoers.” (Mumtahanah 60:8-9)
