Question: Can husband divorce wife without her agreeing to it?

The objection of one of the spouses to divorce, does not prevent the divorce. The man can divorce his wife without agreeing with her. The same thing is valid for the wife, too. That is, a woman can divorce her husband by applying for the arbitrators/the court if she decides not to live with him any more. The fact that the husband does not like to divorce, does not prevent the divorce.
