Chapter Humankind – Surah an-Nas

 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Beneficent

{قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ {1

1. Say: “I take refuge in the Master of humankind,

مَلِكِ النَّاسِ {2}

2. the sovereign of humankind,

إِلَهِ النَّاسِ {3}

3. the deity of humankind,

مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ {4}

4. from the evil of the sneaking whisperer.

الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ {5}

5. He whispers into the chests of humankind.

مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَ النَّاسِ {6}

6. He is whether among jinn or humankind^[2].
